The Journal of Vestibular Research (ISSN 0957-4271) is published in one volume of six issues each year. The institutional subscription rate for 2004 (Volume 14) is EUR597/US$657 (including EUR42/US$46 for postage and handling) and EUR160/US$160 for individual subscriptions. The US dollar price is subject to exchange-rate fluctuations and is given only as a guide. 6% VAT is applicable for certain customers in the EC Countries. Subscriptions are accepted on a prepaid basis only, unless different terms have been previously agreed upon. Subscription orders can be entered only by calendar year (Jan. - Dec.) and should be sent to the Subscription Department of IOS Press (see below), or to your usual subscription agent. Postage and handling charges include printed airmail delivery to countries outside Europe. Claims for missing issues must be made within six months of our publication (mailing) date, otherwise such claims cannot be honored free of charge.
